The Indian Hindi and Punjabi film actor and politician who belonged to the Indian National Congress were Raj Babbar, born 23 June 1952. The three-time Lok Sabha member and the two-time Indian Parliament Upper House member. He was the Chairman of the Congress Committee of Uttar Pradesh. He has trained at the NSD Method School, which is part of Street Theater. He traveled to Mumbai and began his film career with Reena Roy, a renowned actress of his period after training in New Delhi. In the film Insaaf Ka Taraazu, in which he attacked Heroine Zeenat Aman and then her sister, he became known for her horrendous portrayal of a rapist; he is eventually shot and murdered by a heroine.
